RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to fully cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in undamaged condition, complete with labels. Upon return or exchange of goods, you will pay the return shipping cost (and we do not refund our any shipping costs).

NOTE! We do not offer open purchase on sale goods.

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

If you need to return an item, you only need to pay the return shipping cost according to Swedish postal rates. In case you want to  change the color or the size of an item, we will ship out the new goods to you without any extra charges.  If possible, please, use the packaging that the goods were delivered in, in  that way we can ensure that they will arrive back safely and that environmental impact is as small as possible.

Send the goods together with the receipt from your order and a note with requests of change of size or colour to:

Refund

When you  exercise the right of withdrawal, refunds are made to your credit card as soon as we have received the returned product and confirmed that it is unused and undamaged. Any shipping and administration fees related to the purchase are not refundable. Note that when we have made the refund it takes between 3-5 business days before the money is back on your account.

COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

Because we work with quality-proven suppliers and have high standards for our fabrics, it's actually rare that we recieve any complaints. Should you encounter a product that has been damaged(except for normal wear and tear), or if you would get a wrong item from us, you make a complaint.

We ask you to e-mail a picture of the damage, as we can usually process such cases faster. When we have received the damaged goods and have approved your complain, we will proceed with one of the following:

1. If possible we will repair the item and send it back to you. We will pay for the shipment.

2. If it is not possible to repair the item we will ship you a new one. We will pay for the shipment

3. If the item is sold out, we will make a full refund.
