If you are under 18 you must have parental permission to make the purchase. All goods remain the property of Jordnära AB until the full payment has been received by the company.

We can not guarantee that all the pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the goods. All fraud attempts will be prosecuted. The prices include Swedish VAT at 20%. For orders from outside the EU the total price will not include Swedish VAT. Local VAT and customs fees may apply in your country upon delivery.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

By law we must ask your permition to recieve your personal information. All information that we obtain when you visit our website will be processed by Jordnära AB. The information will be used for the purpose of fulfilling our services, updating you with our news and deals and also for marketing reasons. Jordnära AB will never allow a third party to use your personal data for any purposes if you do not accept it. You have the right to request the access toyour personal information. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that information be corrected or deleted.

Force Majeure

JordnäraAB is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to an extraordinary event or circumstance  as described below.  As the liberating factors are considered: government actions or omissions, new or amended legislations, conflicts, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, major natural disasters. The force majeure includes administrative decisions that  negatively affect the market and products, e.g.: restrictions, warnings, bans, abnormal decline in the market or if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.

Secure payments

Here is some information on the different payment types we offer. We follow Swedish rules and law. By ordering from Jordnära AB you accept our terms and condition.

Card payment

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. When you pay your order the amount is deducted directly from your account. We do not charge any extra fees for card payments.

Secure payments

We partner with Worldline, which provides secure card payments. The transfer of credit card information is encrypted. Jordnära AB does not store credit card numbers, the entire process is handled by Worldline.

Invoice payments

You can also pay by invoice when you receive your goods. We will do a credit check on your ID-number and there will be an administrative fee of 20SEK. You will then have 15 days to pay the bill. If the payment is not complited before the due date, there  will be a delay fee and if the invoice is not paid then the case wilol be prosecuted. Only available for sweden addresses.

Swish payments

You can also use Swish, only for Swedish customers

Shipments

We pack your order as soon as we have received the payment. We dispatch parcels during weekdays and usually your package will be shipped the same day if the purchase was made during the morning or in the evening the day before.

We ship with Posten AB, which normally deliver your package within 1-3 days directly to your home address. If you package in too large to be delivered in your mail box, you will get a notification and then can get it at the nearest service center.

Domestic shipments in Sweden - 49SEK

Shipments in Europe - 150SEK

Worldwide shipments - 200SEK

For orders over 2000SEK we offer free domestic shipments in Sweden. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to fully cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in undamaged condition, complete with labels. Upon return or exchange of goods, you will pay the return shipping cost (and we do not refund our any shipping costs).

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

If you need to return an item, you only need to pay the return shipping cost according to Swedish postal rates. In case you want to  change the color or the size of an item, we will ship out the new goods to you without any extra charges.  If possible, please, use the packaging that the goods were delivered in, in  that way we can ensure that they will arrive back safely and that environmental impact is as small as possible.

Please, note thatyou are responsible for the goods to be returned to us.

Refund

When you  exercise the right of withdrawal, refunds are made to your credit card as soon as we have received the returned product and confirmed that it is unused and undamaged. Any shipping and administration fees related to the purchase are not refundable. Note that when we have made the refund it takes between 3-5 business days before the money is back on your account.

COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

Because we work with quality-proven suppliers and have high standards for our fabrics, it's actually rare that we recieve any complaints. Should you encounter a product that has been damaged(except for normal wear and tear), or if you would get a wrong item from us, you make a complaint.

We ask you to e-mail a picture of the damage, as we can usually process such cases faster. When we have received the damaged goods and have approved your complain, we will proceed with one of the following:

1. If possible we will repair the item and send it back to you. We will pay for the shipment.

2. If it is not possible to repair the item we will ship you a new one. We will pay for the shipment

3. If the item is sold out, we will make a full refund.
